Buzz Aldrin
Aldrin, Buzz  (1930-) US astronaut, the 2nd person to walk on the Moon (1969). Reticent about sharing his experiences. Open Minds: "If Aldrin does know more than he is telling, just as he expressed to Fox in 1999, he doesn’t seem too keen on sharing any of it with the public. Other brave astronauts have come out with their stories of UFO sightings, and/or belief in extraterrestrial visitation... So it would not be unprecedented were Aldrin to share his experience. - Open Minds - Recounting Apollo 11 UFO encounter: YouTube(3:47) - Wiki

Anka, Darryl (1951-) American channeler of Bashar.  Anka claims that he began to communicate, through trance-channeling, with an extra-terrestrial entity called Bashar in 1983. - Bashar.org - Wiki -

Armstrong, Neil (1930-2012) - US astronaut, the 1st person to walk on the Moon. Tight-lipped about UFOs, but actually told an associate that once they stepped out of the lunar module on the moon, they were literally surrounded by ET vehicles. Best known for reporting what is generally considered the first UFO sighting in the United States - during a flight near Mount Rainier, Washington on June 24th, 1947. He stated: "I saw, some 25 miles away, nine saucerlike things, flying like geese in a diagonal formation". He also described their erratic motion "like a fish flipping in the sun" or a saucer skipped across water. "Well, I’m convinced of what I saw. To my knowledge we wouldn’t have had anything of that size. And I’m certain that it was from another planet, not from this planet. Our technology was not such at that time that we could have any kind of a craft like that, I’m sure of that." Bethune witnessed another UFO in the 1960's from his own backyard. - ATSDisclosureProject - SiriusDisclosure(25m08s) - Ufology/Wikia -

News articles hinted that Carter was preparing to make an unsettling announcement about UFOs, but it never happened. And to this day, he declines to say why.
Marcia Smith has stated that Carter had approached the then CIA director George H. W. Bush and stated, "I want to have the information that we have on UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence. I want to know about this as President." But Bush wouldn't tell anything. - DemocraticUnderground - Wiki

Corso, Philip Jr. - Son of the above. YouTube(9:41) video about Roswell, UFO coverup and time travel. "...And the reason it is being kept from us is, time travel! You don't need to know about time travel! ..They told us about things, and about the Hopi Indians, which are very closely related to time travel, and they will tell you that... but then the entire picture begins to open up, and you understand why the information is being kept from you. Eisenhower, Dwight D. (1890-1969) The 34th US President (1953-1961). UFO historians often consider Eisenhower to be the last American President who actually had complete control over the UFO situation, and that once Kennedy entered the White House, control of the UFO subject began to shift over to non-government entities and the military industrial complex. Eisenhower had many rumored encounters with UFOs and aliens, e.g. the one on February 20, 1954.
Excerpt from the president's farewell address in 1961: "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist." - ThePresidentsUFOWebsite - UFO CasebookWiki

He has hypothesized that UFO's may originate from relatively nearby sunlike stars. Friedman is outspoken in his articulation of positions and in his criticism of UFO debunkers, often stating he is not an "apologist ufologist". Coast to Coast Am - Wiki

Fuller, John G.  (1913-1990) American investigative writer, wrote e.g. "The Incident at Exeter (1978)" -  Fuller personally investigated the sightings and interviewed many of the eyewitnesses. The book was the first to seriously claim that competent, reliable witnesses were being abducted by UFOs for medical and scientific experiments.  Wiki

Glenn, John (1921-) American astronaut and U.S. senator. The first American to orbit the Earth (1962), and the oldest person to fly in space (1998). Conservative views which always go well with any political ambitions  - and any sympathetic views on ufos are still pretty ambiguous. In his guest appearance on Frasier (Mar2001),  did he or did he not, disclose? Maybe, probably. He did ask the people on "Frasier" to let him be a guest on the show. Thus maybe cleverly finding a way to tell the truth without really risking anything. Wiki

Goldwater, Barry (1909-1998) Goldwater was one of the more prominent American politicians to openly show an interest in UFOs. As Senator (from Arizona) he made an effort to find out what was in the building at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where the collected information on UFOs and aliens was stored, but he was denied the request, and told that it was "none of his business". In a 1988 interview on "Larry King", he was asked if he thought the U.S. Government was withholding UFO evidence; he replied "Yes, I do", and added: I certainly believe in aliens in space. They may not look like us, but I have very strong feelings that they have advanced beyond our mental capabilities... I think some highly secret government UFO investigations are going on that we don't know about – and probably never will unless the Air Force discloses them. Wiki

Hill, Betty & Barney  One of the first and perhaps the most well-known UFO-abduction case occurred according to the Hills in the rural portion of New Hampshire in September 1961. A UFO they claim to have seen and been in was later confirmed by Pease Air Force Base radar. Their description of the aliens very much described what would become known as the "greys," now a standard description for the small beings with large heads, small mouths, and little or no ears, and hairless. Betty also spoke under hypnosis of the origin of the aliens which were of the zeta reticuli system (discovered in 1969). Hoover, J. Edgar (1895-1972) FBI director (1935-1972). For all his faults, he did try to get to the bottom of things concerning the secrets around UFOs as well. "We must insist upon full access to discs recovered. ...the army grabbed it and would not let us have it for cursory examination". But in 1950 a memo was received stating: "An investigator for the Air Force stated that three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots. According to Mr. xxxxx informant,  the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the government has a high-powered radar set up in the area and it is believed the radar interfered with the controling mechanism of the saucers. No further evaluation was attempted by xxxxx concerning the above." AOL News - News.com.au - Wiki

Veterans Today posted March 20th, 2013 an interesting article: a letter written by JFK to the head of the CIA shows that the president demanded to be shown highly confidential documents about UFOs 10 days before his assassination. The secret memo is one of two letters written by JFK asking for information about the paranormal on November 12th, 1963, which have been released by the CIA for the first time. Alien researchers say the latest documents add weight to the suggestion that the president could have been shot to stop him discovering the truth about UFOs.

Mack, John M.D. (1929-2004) American psychiatrist, the Harvard professor who studied alien abductions. "I would never say, yes, there are aliens taking people. But I would say there is a compelling powerful phenomenon here that I can't account for in any other way, that's mysterious. Yet I can't know what it is but it seems to me that it invites a deeper, further inquiry". His interest in the spiritual or transformational aspects of people's alien encounters, and his suggestion that the experience of alien contact itself may be more transcendent than physical in nature - yet nonetheless real - set him apart from many of his contemporaries, such as Budd Hopkins, who advocated the physical reality of aliens. - BBC Documentary(at10m30s) - New York Times Obituary - UFO Evidence - Wiki -

Stavinsky, Ilya Russian scientist, and a bit of a controversial character. Stavinsky believes (he is not the only one) that UFOs can be contacted by telepathic means e.g. by merely asking them to come closer. He says: The body itself of a UFO is invisible and merges with the color of the sky and moreover, it appears transparent. For example, if a UFO flies under a star, you’ll see through its body to the star. The ability of AFOs (alien flying objects) to be invisible is one of the main methods of disguising itself from people on earth. Therefore, the presence of AFOs can be identified in the sky by their signal lights located on the edges of the shell. Their brightness is 30-50 times weaker than the brightness of Polar Star. These lights give us an idea about the form of the AFO. Aliens live in our Earth's atmosphere - facebook - Interview with aliens - UFO sighting guide

Storch, Ken - Sworn to secrecy for over 30 years, Storch has now come forward to blow the whistle on the US government's coverup of the UFO incident that almost caused the destruction of human civilization on Earth in March 16th, 1967. He was in the Air Force working for the Strategic Air Command at Malmstrom AFB in Montana, and in the war room when they picked up five aircraft moving at tremendous speed over the Northwest. They thought that they were possibly Russian ICBMs, until the object changed course. It caused such a panic that DefCon Four was initiated. This is the level one step before a counter-launch, and bombers were scrambled. The objects continued to pass over the United States, continued up to Canada and into Russia. Nothing on the event ever reached the papers. Ken works now in law enforcement, but does in his spare time research of the UFO phenomena.
